It is possibly the best you will ever have with the perfect balance of flavor, cream, and large clumps of fresh crab meat. The biggest downfall of The Collins Quarter is deciding what to order. Everything is beautiful from the chic and stylish decor complimented with fresh flowers on the tables, to the artsy plated food presented on your plate. When you eat at The Collins Quarter, you eat with your eyes.
